When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within a standard delivery timeframe, or an express timeframe if you select the express option. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships if applicable. If you opted in to our VIP text club, you will receive shipping notifications via SMS. Text and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
Can I expedite my order?
We are proud to offer carriers’ express 2-business-day option, not including processing time to ship. Simply select two-day shipping at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Typically, we strive to ship out orders within a few business days, subject to inventory and supply chain issues. Depending upon the manufacturer and the items you are purchasing, some items may be shipped separately.
When will I receive my order?
We work with our shipping partners to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Due to shipping delays, stocking issues or other factors, in some circumstances your shipment may be delayed. If it will take more than thirty days to ship your order, we may notify you when possible and offer an option for a refund. Note that the time to ship does not include the separate time for third-party carriers to deliver orders after they are processed and shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
